30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love your malguem masks. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund.

How to request a refund

Email rootvolve@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days. In most cases you do not need to send anything back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs, where charged, are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Opened products

For hygiene reasons, opened masks cannot be resold, so we do not ask you to return them. The 30-day guarantee still applies. For multi-box orders, the guarantee covers the full order when the request is made within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us. After that the order has usually entered fulfilment and cannot be stopped, but the 30-day guarantee still applies once it arrives.
