Free worldwide shipping
Every Rootvolve order ships free, with tracking, to every country we serve.
Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.
Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom and Europe: 8 to 14 business days
- United States: 7 to 12 business days
- Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 15 business days
- Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days
These are estimates. Customs checks and local carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.
Tracking
Your tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. It can take 2 to 4 days for the first scan to appear.
Customs and duties
We ship with duties and taxes prepaid wherever our carriers support it, so most orders arrive with nothing extra to pay. If customs or the carrier asks you for a payment, email us before paying and we will help.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email rootvolve@gmail.com within 12 hours and we will correct it. We cannot redirect parcels once they have shipped.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email us and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
